RICARDO SANTOS: The Official Pinnacle Group Distributor, we have been able to obtain a significant discount on components for the cameras of the PTC-140 families, PTC-280 and PTC-300 from Datavideo and with that we were able to make this discount to Merlín Distributor as our distributor, so Merlín is able to offer our resellers in Latin America a more competitive price.

This setting has made our PTZ cameras the most competitive in their class on the market..

Where are the most important product offers that you consider by Datavideo for the markets of our industry in Latin America?

R.S: Some of these vertical, like education, iglesia, companies, governments, nowadays they are mostly projects that include PTZ cameras, camera control, switch, encoder and others.

Last, in your personal vision, sees the news of our industry in Latin America as promising?

R.S: Of course, we are in an important moment, since the Latin market is in a period of reactivation of its business, what, along with the resumption of face-to-face events, strengthens and creates new paths for business.

For us at Datavideo, NAB2022 and Infoccom2022 were very important for the Latin market, where our customers were able to witness the new products and workflows offered.

We also highlight the importance of the first large-scale face-to-face event in Brazil, which was the Merlin Road-Show of the 22 June in the city of Ribeirão Preto/SP, where in a single day we had an audience that was looking for a lot of information and contact with the equipment and technologies, situation that had not happened for more than 2 years old.💡
