He has been a career civil servant at Anatel since 2009, where he held the positions of head of the Technical Advisory and Superintendent of Obligations, Competition and Executive Control. He has worked as an undergraduate professor in several institutions.
The concilor Arthur Coimbra de Oliveira He has a degree and a Master's degree in Law from UnB, with MBA in Business Management by Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Federal tax since 2007, Coimbra was previously a regulatory specialist at the Agency. He worked as an advisor in the Specialized Federal Attorney's Office of Anatel and in the Presidency of the Republic. At the Ministry of Communications, was Director of Broadband and Secretary of Telecommunications, of 2011 a 2022.
Mobile service accesses grow and fixed ones fall; pay tv loses 1,1%
Anatel reported that at the end of March the accesses to TyRs services reached 533.012.040, after growing in the month 3.303.379 access (0.62%).
This growth is driven by the increase noted in Telephony and mobile internet, since fixed services recorded a fall.

Pay TV subscribers reached 13,3 million according to the Anatel report, which also adds to 2,3 million free satellite TV subscribers, to total 15.636.058, which means a loss of 1,1% in the period (-183.021 subscribers).
